Blazels ist ein Hersteller von Schmuck aus 925 Sterlingsilber mit eigener Fertigung in einer Sonderwirtschaftszone (SEZ) in Jaipur, Indien. Wir produzieren seit dem Jahr 2000 für Marken in Deutschland, Europa, Großbritannien, Japan, Australien und den USA — als Auftragsfertigung (OEM), Eigenentwicklung (ODM) sowie für Eigenmarken und den Großhandel.
Sämtliche Fertigungsschritte finden im eigenen Haus statt: CAD-Konstruktion, Wachsausschmelzguss, Steinfassung, Rhodinierung und Vergoldung, stufenweise Qualitätskontrolle und Verpackung. Es gibt keine Zwischenhändler und keine nicht überprüften Subunternehmer — für Ihre Lieferkettenprüfung nach dem Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz (LkSG) bedeutet das einen einzigen, klar benennbaren Lieferanten.
Konditionen: flexible Mindestbestellmengen, CAD-Entwürfe innerhalb von 24 Stunden, Muster in 10–14 Tagen, Serienproduktion in 4–6 Wochen ab Musterfreigabe. Lieferung per versichertem Luftfrachtkurier mit Sendungsverfolgung; Incoterms 2020: EXW, FCA, CPT und CIP standardmäßig, DAP und DDP auf Anfrage.
Konformität: 925 Sterlingsilber ist keine nickelhaltige Legierung. Prüfungen zur Nickelfreisetzung gemäß REACH Anhang XVII organisieren wir auf Wunsch für EU-Lieferungen. Unsere Produktion läuft zu 100 % mit Solarstrom, die Verpackung ist plastikfrei.

Do you manufacture for German and EU jewelry brands?
Yes. Blazels manufactures 925 sterling silver and gemstone jewelry for brands across Germany and the wider EU on an OEM, ODM, private label and wholesale basis. Production takes place entirely in our own facility in a Special Economic Zone in Jaipur, India, with no brokered subcontracting.
Is your jewelry REACH compliant for the EU market?
925 sterling silver is not a nickel-bearing alloy. The nickel-release limits under EU REACH Annex XVII entry 27 apply to articles in prolonged contact with the skin and are most relevant to plating layers, findings and any base-metal components. Blazels manufactures to the specification you provide and will arrange third-party nickel-release testing for EU-bound orders on request. Blazels does not use lead or cadmium at all — not in any alloy, solder, plating or finding.
Can you support German Supply Chain Act (LkSG) due diligence?
Yes. Because all production happens in our own facility rather than through unmonitored subcontractors, we can answer supplier due-diligence questionnaires directly. We maintain per-lot supplier records for material traceability, employ our production staff directly on site, and operate as an SEZ unit whose material movements are recorded against statutory returns. We will complete your LkSG questionnaire and support a buyer-commissioned audit of the facility.
What are your MOQs and lead times for EU orders?
MOQs are flexible and set per style rather than as a single fixed threshold, depending on design complexity, stone calibration and tooling. CAD turnaround is as fast as 24 hours, physical samples ship in 10 to 14 days, and production runs 4 to 6 weeks from approved sample.
How does import into the EU work?
Goods ship from our SEZ unit in Jaipur by insured air courier. You will need an EU EORI number to import as a business, and import VAT plus any applicable duty is payable on arrival in the member state of import. We quote Ex Works, FCA, CPT and CIP as standard (the Incoterms 2020 air-freight terms) and can arrange DAP or DDP on request. Commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin are prepared by our in-house export desk.
