Do you offer OEM and ODM manufacturing for Japanese brands?
Yes. Blazels manufactures on both an OEM basis, building precisely to your drawings and specification, and an ODM basis, where our in-house design studio develops a collection to your brief. We have supplied Japanese buyers among more than 30 export markets since 2000, and we work exclusively B2B — we do not sell direct to consumers and do not compete with our clients.
How do you control quality and defect rates?
Quality control is stage-wise rather than a single end-of-line inspection. Pieces are checked after casting, after stone setting, after finishing and again at packing, by a dedicated QC team. Because every stage happens in our own facility, a defect is traced back to the exact operation that caused it rather than to an anonymous subcontractor. We will work to your written inspection standard and accepted quality level if you supply one.
What are your minimum order quantities and lead times?
MOQs are flexible and set per style rather than as a single fixed threshold, depending on design complexity, stone calibration and tooling. CAD models are turned around in as little as 24 hours, physical samples ship in 10 to 14 days, and production runs 4 to 6 weeks from approved sample.
How is the jewelry shipped to Japan?
Shipments leave our Special Economic Zone unit in Jaipur by insured air courier with real-time tracking, cleared through SEZ export channels. We quote Ex Works, FCA, CPT and CIP as standard (the Incoterms 2020 air-freight terms) and can arrange DAP or DDP on request. Commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin are prepared in-house with every shipment.
Can you match Japanese finishing and packaging standards?
Yes. Plating thickness, polish level and stone-setting tolerance are all specified per order rather than assumed — send your standard and we will build to it. Custom branding, engraving and retail-ready packaging are produced in-house to your artwork, and our packaging is plastic-free.
